How do I know where to begin?
Simply fill out our enquiry submission form, specifying the package you may be interested in, and we will reach out for a free one-hour consultation. We will work with you to find out which of our packages best suits your needs.

Do I have to bring in all of my bank statements, invoices and paperwork?
No — we can get the information that we need from you in another format which is simple. No paperwork, no worries! However, NZ law states that you do have to retain your business paper for up to 7 years.

How long will my tax and accounts take?
That depends on you, but we would say no more than a few days to a week to complete under normal circumstances.

Do I have to come and see you to sign my tax return and accounts?
No — we use technology. We use a data portal and we simply send you the documents set out as a task for you to complete, and when you accept the task, the documents come back with your digital signature and a date stamp. If that sounds too difficult, we can send the “paperwork” to you using Adobe DocuSign. This is really straightforward and will capture your digital signature and date stamp. Job done!

I am really behind in my tax, GST and PAYE. Can you help sort out bringing me up to date with my tax arrears?
Yes, we can — our parent company is a tax specialist with a 100% success rate in all things tax debt, including liquidation proceedings, bankruptcy, audit investigations, and legal action brought by Inland Revenue. This is a very specialised field and is a significant skillset of ours.

Do you give business advice?
Yes, we do — normally this is all built into our packages so there is no extra cost to you.

What if I'm not in Auckland?
No problem. We act for clients New Zealand wide and internationally.

What if I don’t join a plan, can you still do my tax return and accounts?
Yes — we would be more than happy to do that. It’s straightforward but there’s a bit more work involved for this.

We offer a monthly payment option, and we can discuss this with you during our first consultation.
